While I was teaching Hypnobabies on Saturday, Rob let the Big boys play Wii Star Wars and then Bryson wanted to, so when I came home, there was Bryson, my 3 year old playing Wii Star Wars.  THIS is why I didn’t want to get a Wii.  I am ok with the big boys doing it occasionally, but not my 3 year old.   So off went the TV.  But all day since then, Bryson asks, “When can I play Star Wars?”

Today I was in the shower and came down, the boys were playing Lego Star Wars on the computer. I got a phone call from a doula client.  The boys put Bryson on the computer playing Lego Star Wars and went on the Wii.  Of course, he ends up cryin, because he can’t do it. 

AfterI am off the phone I finally install Reader Rabbit Toddler Computer Game for him.  My older boys always loved this. Carson was probably playing it when he was 2. 

I really try to avoid screen time for Bryson.  But he is pretty happy playing his little game.  Certainly MUCH better and more appropriate than Lego Star Wars.
